Secure Seal provides credit compliance consulting, file review, and compliance education. We help you identify and challenge inaccurate, incomplete, unverifiable, or non-compliant reporting on your credit file. Our services are not legal advice and we are not a law firm.

2. No Guarantees

No credit repair company can lawfully guarantee a specific credit score increase, the deletion of any item, or any loan, funding, or underwriting approval. Results vary based on your individual file, the documentation available, how creditors and bureaus respond, your account history, utilization, and applicable law. We do not promise to remove accurate, timely, and verifiable information.

3. Legal Compliance

Federal law regulates credit repair organizations. The Credit Repair Organizations Act prohibits untrue or misleading representations, requires written contracts, gives consumers cancellation rights, and bars credit repair organizations from demanding advance payment for credit repair services.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when requested, to respond to communications in a timely manner, and to authorize us to act on your behalf only as needed to pursue your file review. Outcomes depend in part on your participation and the responses of third parties.

5. Eligibility

Starting an eligibility check is a soft entry and does not require payment or document upload up front. Whether our services are appropriate for your situation is determined during the review. We may decline to provide services where they are not suitable.
